So you’ve got the bad ass design for your bass drum? Send us the art and we’ll have your kit looking fit in no time (see below for artwork specs).
Your Kustom Head features an amazing quality environmentally friendly high resolution digitally printed graphic on an Evans Resonant Head. Mic holes can be cut free of charge when your purchase a Drum-O’s mic hole reinforcer (to make sure clumsy soundmen don’t tear your skin).
We print heads in 18”, 20”, 22” and 24”. Other sizes available on request but may take longer to produce depending on supply. Email for availability.

Ready to get wicked with this? Either use our secure online ordering system or;
If you don’t trust this new fangled internet thing, email us your artwork, tell us what size head, how many mic holes (if any) and where you would like them positioned (6 o’clock, 4 o’clock etc). We’ll email you back with a proof and when you’re happy, you can make payment by paypal or direct deposit into our account.
All orders will receive a proof via email to sign off on before production commences.
Artwork Specs
We want your drum head to look amazing, so for best results please folllow the guidelines below when designing your artwork.
- Art should be in CMYK
- Do not combine spot colours with any type of transparency (drop shadows included). That warning Illustrator gives you is there for a reason!
- Please supply vector art (.eps, .ai, .pdf) with fonts outlined/converted to curves and make sure nothing is set to overprint.
- If supplying art in raster format, ensure the resolution is 150-300dpi at full size.
- Please allow 20mm bleed around the artwork. If we have any concern over the quality of the art supplied we will contact you.
- Acceptable file formats are eps, ai, pdf, jpeg and tiff.
